Settlement letter after payment

Feel like homechoice is becoming a ****... I had an account with them... Paid it before the agreed period, after few months they call to say i owe them, they talking about settlement letters, but they send me email month after i payed.. That i don't owe nothing... Then they give out numbers to call that do not work
