Settled my account but still not cleared!

I'm so disappointed at homechoice, I've fully paid my account so that my name can be cleared off. But no one seems to be saying anything, no wonder people don't pay their accounts because of the incompetence that is in your call centers. You don't answer your phones and when you eventually get someone to answer your call they can't answer you.

I've paid your money and I need you to go to experian and remove my name!! Wouldn't recommend homechoice to anyone, so ****ed nxha!!
