SETTLED ACCOUNT STILL SHOWING AS OWING
My account has been settled/paid up since May yet it is still showing up on my profile as a debt. I have attempted to call and email home choice as well as their legal department without response from them. The call center gives me the legal dept number and email and the legal dept does not bother to answer calls or emails. This has been going on for months and i have had Enough now because this account is ruining my credit and profile and reflecting badly on my name! Nonsense nonsense company. No help in real and important matters Yet when they want you to buy from them they have no problem calling and harassing us countless times a day.
