Service ! What service Pathetic

Placed an order on 2022-07-14 still not delivered. Got told by the service agent the deliveries are up until 7pm and that i would receive the delivery Thursday. Thursday driver called to inform me that they dont deliver till 7pm and that i should call head office and arrange another time.

Homechoice called me to confirm the driver would then deliver today Sat, when i call now to confirm the courier company tells me they did deliver to the branch. Homechoice informs me they dont have this detail and that the deliver is still with the courier. When i want to cancel due to this mess that they seem to have created I get told they cant do that till the parcel gets returned. They have the parcel at their premises!!!

When u send a whatsapp to the homechoice line the amount there vs the amount on order is also different.
