I have account with home choice. It was handed to SSD1. My accout was about R4600 after my September payment. On the 11 of october i made a payment of R3500. I called SSD1 month end before i make my final payment just to know how much must i pay. I was adivsed my account is still on 4600 something. I explained to them that i made o payment of 3500 on the 11 of october. They told me home choice have not updated payment. I must sent them proof of payment. I forwarded them proof of payment of 3500 and cc homechoice. Home choice came back to me and said matter is with SSD1. I made another payment on month end october that would be my last payment. Today i call SSD1 to enquire about the balance and i am advised that my account is over 3500. Homechoice did not update my payment but updated my last payment made month end. Now i am stucked between homechoice and SSD1 as when i call here they point me there i call there i am pointed to the other.
