Hi! I want to confirm when I will be receiving my delivery. I placed the order 27 Sept 2019 but I haven't received any confirmation from the courier to confirm when the order would be delivered. I was promised and assured. I have called and I have emailed and I still haven't received any information. Email responses are always no we can't help and we can't track the parcel. What kinda business is this??? Its horrible. All I want is my order. I've been given the run around constantly. The worst part about it as per the debit order amount you've included these items however why am I being charged for orders not received. I am so unhappy and today is the 8 Nov. You are ********.
