******** they quick to accept your order but no communication after that!

I made an order on the 31st of May and sent through my proof of payment, some lady rep**** and said I should get a confirmation sms that they received my payment and indeed I received the sms on the 3rd of June. From there on when I ask on email regarding my order I don't get any response ,their phone lines don't get picked up! I don't understand why businesses are so quick to take people's money but then don't follow through with the order! Don't buy from this company!
