I paid up my homechoice account in December, I was offered a Settlement amount which I accepted. The amount was debited and I have been ever since waiting for my paid up letter which I was supposed to get after 22 days as promised by the consultant. And to my surprise today I received an email from another debt collection company called NRB Risk Solutions claiming that I still owe Homechoice. Can you please assist with this ASAP !
