I bought an echo breakfast pack in may 2020.and it was delivered ,but within 3 weeks of use the toaster malfunctioned ,so i called home choice to let them know ,i was told to take the toast back to the showroom of which i did,and i was told my account will be credited since i returned the toaster,but that was a lie .i am still expected to pay for a toaster that i returned to them .my account was not credited .i tried numerous times to communicate with home choice and every time i am promised that someone will get back to me ,its now been three months of waiting for a call.
