So quick to make sales calls yet *********** when it comes to customer service. This Unathi lady was basically falling asleep while assisting me. To show she isn’t clued up about the product she kept telling me to switch on buttons at the back. I’m sitting with a washing machine that’s brand new yet it doesn’t work! Ivey they will be quick to deduct at the end of the month! I’m so upset
