This company has been sending invoices every month, i have made payments to settle their account. Now they tell me they cannot assist me on this account as it has been sold in June. Yet on Wednesday the 31st July they sent me a text message with their FNB account number to make payments into. One rude lady told me to call Nimble and am not dealing with Nimble "****s" as i did not pay them. till today they have my money and refuse to close this account and remove the default on my name. Natasha Har**** and L Petersen have all been promising to call me back till now nothing.
every time i call that company i have to explain the same thing for 30min before i get told "we will look into it and call you back" its been a week now.

This has been your companies answer since last week, yet when i call i have to start from afresh and no one knows a thing. all you tell me is the account is locked yet you have been sending me statements and text messages to pay. now that the R5000 in your account you can access the account. 7 days is almost up and i need my name of your system and a paid up letter.
