Running me details for credit check

One of Homechoice consultants did a credit check like I was looking for credit,I didn't give anyone permission to run my name,thats ********* and you need to be reported to the ombudsman.Im not interested in your products,i usually hang up the call as soon as I find out it's you, Now my credit score is affected and I'm not the only person who has this problem, I know some consultants are desperate for sales but they must not do ******* stuff to prove that they are working
