Rude telephone manners

Bad telephone manner I received a call from home choice where they offered to open an account. I Don't know where they got my number from. After I explained very friendly that I do not want the open an account the lady put the phone down in my ear without saying another word

This is very rude and if that is the way they want to do business STAY AWAY.
