Rude Saturday Agents

Again most useless service. Agents doesn't even know how your app works, phoned now 10:12am Saturday the 26th of February and she puts the phone down in my ear, I want to make a payment via Pay@ but says HomeChoice account number invalid. To the public out there stay away from HomeChoice. They don't care about you even if you phone and ask for assistance on how to make a payment!!! I want to pay you!!!! You don't want my payment so I wont care as well.
