Rude people calling nd threatening me
A payment was missed of me, in return i contacted home choice two months ago an arrange for the rears to be paid off over two month.
The first month went off successfully.
The second month they just never debited me.
Today i got a call from there lawfirm threatening me and claiming that they called me 2 weeks ago which they never did and stating that i made other commitments which i did not.
The lady who spoke to me didn't give me the time of day to speak and was very rude.
I have delt with rude people but never as bad as this.
A debit order was arranged two months ago and home choice never took the second on as they cancelled on there side with out my consent or with out me knowing about it.
Second tine this has now happened.

Since i have complained Homechoice has changed from Quinten(My Name) To Mrs Dumezweni and changed my cell phone number, that i have not requested.I feel this is now getting out of hand and unprofessional.
