Rude debt collectors.

Im really disappointed in how Homechoice has been treating me. I bought blankets from them first time it was a wrong order and i had to drive all the way to Johannesburg CBD to drop off the wrong order,they promised me that they will send it back to Cape Town and send the right order and deliver as soon as it arrives. Secondly the time the blankets arrived they asked me to collect my order in Johannesburg after promising to deliver it. I fetched it and when i got home i saw one blanket had a red stain on it. I complained about it and they kept promising me for months that they will come back to me while offering me other products and i would raise the issue with different consultants and they were not willing to help till i spoke to a lady by the name of Amanda who said they will send a courier to collect the blanket so they can refund me and i can settle my accounts balance and i got a message telling me they experiencing backlog but no one got back to me now im being harassed by rude debt collectors who intimidate me and speak to me as if im a nothing. Im very disappointed and disgisted in how you treat people. You dont want to sort out my problem but you expect me to settle the account with threats i get everyday.
