Rude customer service, Unprofessional staff

Hello Peter I'm writing this review about Home choice I been paying them now I'm informed that my account is in Areas I spoke to Yonelisa who refused to give me her Surname because she said they are not allowed they are rude shame unprofessional to their clients.
