Rude consultants

I got a call from a lady her surname is Nhlapo if i am not mistaken,the lady is very rude for no reason,i would never recommend anyone to buy at home-choice if this is the kind of attitude they give to their customers.This lady really ruined my day at work,i kept on telling her that i have arranged for debit order payment but for her to explain to me that it didn't went through,it was very hard for her.
