rude consultant, still have not been assisted .

I spoke to a lady called Ntombi reff:*** ,she refused to give her surname, and also refused to put me through to her manager. she was very rude and disrespectful and she said she could not assist me. the manager must listen to that call and a warning must be issued. that's not how you treat clients. I was very polite and she did not even try to listen for reason behind my call ,I settled my account which was handed over , and it is still showing on my name , and I was asked to send a settlement letter in February which I did , but even today I have not been assisted which was the reason I am calling , but Ntombi decided to make my life a hell
