Rude consultant and bad service

Good day Ive place an order in june and to date im still waiting .whem i call im send from pillar to post . Told difference stories

Its been 4 weeks without a resolution

Today on the 20th july i call again after sending an e-mail and i very rude lady called Lusanda tells me that my account was credited and when i tell her its not .she rudely tells me that she's the one working for homechoice and she knows what she's talking about She said that i can lay a complain if i want to and she was sooo rude
