Rude consultant and bad customer service

I have phoned homechoice 4 times a day this week. Requesting refund of R1099 for order number ***1 . The customer service consultant ware extremely rude and unprofessional, I requested for supervisors or managers to called me which never happened. All of them they take all my details and asked me security questions then they hung up the phone in my ear or put the phone aside.

I didn't think I would never received my money.
