Rude Consultant

I received the rudest call from a person saying she works for Home choice, i asked what the call was about she said i Quote" because you wont give me your id number i will keep calling" end Quote , this was extremely rude as i am loyal home choice client and i dont appreciate receiving threats for useless calls as they always want to sell funeral policies the number which called is *** at 15:50 i would like an explanation from her surpeviser. this is not how you speak to clients
