Rude Call Centre Consultants

Hi, Homechoice's service is poor their consultants are very rude, they have no manner of approach if you have a problem they treat you like you are the wrong one, even if u ask for a manager they will leave u too hold until you drop, Homechoice needs to teach or record the calls we are abused by their consultants it's like they are forced to work there, If I have to call Homechoice I drag 1st because I am so scared a rude woman will answer they are worst.
