Rude call centre agents!!!

The service from your call centre agents are absolutely appalling!!! If I could give you 0 stars I would. I have spoken to 2 agents yesterday and earlier today and both ended up cutting the call. They don't give you a chance to speak and keep interrupting you. I have never in my life come across such rude, *********** call centre agents. Can you get a supervisor or manager from your Finance department to contact me urgently!!! I am very unhappy as I was told my account is in arrears, yet you did NOT debit me. I need an explanation!!!! Get someone to call me today to sort this out!
