RUDE CALL CENTER AGENTS
I have been receiving calls from your RUDE call center agents, I have no business with Homechoice and I keep telling them that they have the wrong number, they take turns calling still asking for the same person I keep telling them I don't know. They are very unprofessional and have no phone etiquette! I'm being called during my work hours for all this nonsense and I don't appreciate it at all

23 Sept 2021, 12:44I just got a call AGAIN form a RUDE lady by the name of Pelisa and she says she works for HomeChoice, yet HomeChoice claims to know nothing about all of this! I dont know how many times I must tell them that I am not Zolisa. I'm actually FED UP
