Rude Call Center Agent

<p>Since I have join homechoice I've came across with lots of arrogant and rude services from the homechoice customer care. The lady by the name of Samantha she hang up on me while I was trying to enquiry about my account and it's not the first time whenever you trying to be polite they always shout or drop a call. So please do something about your call center agent because I will close my account and encourage others who are encounting the same problem to do the same because we are further up with this nasty attitude from from agents.</p>
