Rude / bad customer service
I received a call this morning from home choice asking about my account, seemingly I need to make an arrangement, anyway the lady i spoke to was very unpleasant to speak to and had a very stinky ATTITUDE!!! She was back chatting and literally telling me where to get off!!! Please do not call me everyday asking about my account if I know very well it was set for a debit order in first place!!!! Your customer service is pathetic, you consultant that called me at 07:38 was not professional and *********.
