Rude and unproffessional uneducated staff employed at homechoice.

I called back a second time and spoke to another agent. Just as unhelpful as the other and kept me holding. The 1st agent I spoke to was Elrica when I asked for her surname she told me they don't have surnames they go on a first name basis!!!! That's the rude staff that homechoice employs to look after us as customers. You order pots and gets delivered with no kids almost 15 days later and still no response from them.
