Rude and *********** customer care staff
Home choice customer care people are *********** and rude. Last night me and my wife place an order for R10800 under her account . After the oder we realized that the good will be directed to the old address, we just moved to a new house 4 days ago and don't have proof of address except the bank contract which is under my name and the homechoice account is under her name. We phone and we are told they will forcefully deliver the goods to the old address which is 3 hours away from us. We asked to cancel the order and they refused. At the end the lady dropped the phone on us.

14 Jul 2019, 08:57So you guys never called back and did as promised and delivered the good at the old address. We had to ask a neibough to take them. Now we must drive 3 hours to fetch them, thank you so much. I will have to be high on nyaope to ever buy from you guys.
