Rude and ill-mannered consultants. POOR customer service!

I am beyond disappointed with the consultants' lack of customer service. ii receive constant sales calls asking me if I want to buy something and when I say No, thank you the consultant puts the phone down in my ear! Rude and ill-mannered. i beyond annoyed that i even had to answer and deal with such a rude person. Why call if you can't respect your customers decision to decline a sale?????

Homechoice, please have your rude consultants stop calling me, because I do not want to buy anything anymore!
