Rude agents

I'm currently overdue with my Homechoice acc due to my medical issues.I've been in hospital for past 8 weeks and had a second operation last week which came with complications

Now I've been called by Homechoice agents and as soon as I answer there first words would say when are you paying Homechoice ?and I've indicated in the past week and twice this morning to these agents that I can't say when I'm paying at this stage ,I will let them know as soon as I can, I'm still in pain and cannot talk much, they will then tell me to speak up and raise my voice when they can clearly hear I'm in a critical condition they then drop the calls and minutes later I'd get another call.

I also work in the same industry and am aware of the procedures followed.these agents are very rude ,no professional attitude or any human emotions in them.

One such call that really infuriated me is the one I've just had a few minutes ago which went.

Hello, am I speaking to miss Khuzwayo

I reply yes

Agent then says when are you paying Homechoice

I reply I don't know at this stage.will let you soon

Agent replies to me saying STOP Mumbling and speak! Ubhadala nini?

I reply, lady I'm I'll in hospital ,now you tell me in mumbling

Agents just says thank you and drops the call.

I know I'm in arrears and need to state when I'll make a payment which I will do as soon as I get myself sorted out, now do I deserve the rudeness from Homechoice, the harrassment in my hospital bed struggling to hold on to life?

What kind of company is this ? That employs agents who can't have even ask if you are able to speak, who don't even greet, who drop the phone in your ear and call again a few minutes afterwards.speak to me as if I was some piece of trash

I don't appreciate the treatment. I will make a payment plan and I will let them know about it, obviously there is no way I can generate any money lying in hospital. Rather not call me at all
