Who is this rude damn lady who called myself and my husband on this number ***??? This code is for Ceres/Worcester. Is this what you think of your customers. My account is in arrears, understandable to receive a call asking for next payment date. My husband's account is up to date but he received a call too, now at 15:46. The more he asks her why she is calling because his account is up to date. The more she insists when will you pay.. without answering his questions. She is ****ing rude and refuses to identify herself.
