I wrote a complaint about Homechoice in May asking them to Credit my account because I did order anything meaning that I dont owe them anything. Today i received an sms and email stating that R1 352.21 was credited to my account. What about the rest of the money? The statement states that I still owe them R1 447.61. I want them to Credit my with the outstanding amount because I did not order anything. What they are doing is called Undesirable business practices as per the Fais act. Please Credit my account, if this is not resolved I will submit my complain to the Fais Ombud
