Ridiculous Service at a core

we made an cash order on the 3rd May 2020, order was dispatched on the 5th of May 2020. today is the 26th May 2020. delivery is not yet been made. when we call, we are told the order is on its way. is this coming from China? all agents dont know where the parcel is. You spoke to your logistics and they also dont know where the order is. your value chain is a mess and ridiculous . Youve been saying a supervisor will contact us. its 2 weeks now and no one has ever tried to contact us. what type of service is this. what a waste
