Revolving Credit Account on my name when I never signed up for it before!!!

I have a revolving account on my credit profile, an account I have never signed up for. I tried calling Homechoice and Experian to understand how this account was set up and registered, but it seems no one from Homechoice and Experian answers their calls. I want this account removed from my credit profile IMMEDIATELY!!! THIS IS *****!!!!!!!!!!
