Returns & collection

I bought a bed from homechoice and I noticed after the order was confirmed that it was a double instead of a queen bed. I asked for the order to be cancelled and I wad given an order cancellation code. But unfortunately the bed was delivered while I was not at home and someone signeed for it. I informed homechoice to come and collect but it has not been collected till this day and when I called today I was told the warehouse has been trying to call me to no avail. This is not true as my phone is always on. When the accounts division called me they got through why is the warehouse not getting through while the 14 days period for returns is almost over.
