returning order

i received the worst service from Homechoice, 4th July: i ordered a countertop stove 6th July i received a message to say the stove has been despatched. 9th July: i called them as i havent received anything, the agent told me it takes up to 10 days, i should have i by the 14th July. 14 July: i called them, and the agent then told me it takes up to 14days, i emailed homechoice and up till today no response. 16th July: i received the stove, when i switched it on smoke started coming out at the back of the stove, 17th July: i called homechoice, only to be told i have to post it or bring it to Wynberg, to the show room, i then have to wait till they asses it and will let me know the outcome, i didnt even use he stove but have to wait and cant get a new one.
