Returned items procedure
I recently received a product I had bought only to receive the wrong order. I then returned the item a day after, with homechoice confirming that they had received the package. I am now shocked when I received text messages from homechoice requesting payment. What exactly am I supposed to pay for when the item is at their disposal, I was then informed that I had to do an affidavit for returning the item. Is this a standard procedure or am I being taken from pillar to post
