Returned items not received

I ordered a pair of sandalas from Homechoice and they didnt fit me so i returned them. when i track the parcel with Post office it says delivered and collected at MATROOSFONTEIN POSTOFFICE by MC COLLIN FORTUIN on the 31-10-2017. i called Homechoice with ref ********** 45 and lady said she does not even that post office it was not collected by Homechoice i should send a post office slip which i did. called post office who explain to me that Homechoice collect their parcel at that parcel and MC Collin is from Homechoice. called back with ref ********** 89 and Zina who was very rude and not comfotable with giving me her surname for reference sake said tracking system is offline although i told her she must use post office as the parcell is comming to Homechoice. i need to know where parcel went as i want my account to credited back.
