Return the goods

I bought essential on April,blankets to be specific online,I only received them last week.After a very long time of waiting the order short some of the essential, I emailed, smsed even called the relevant numbers with no luck.Dear home choice I would like to return the order because I'm not happy with it but I'm struggling and I'm worried that the 14 day's period will pass.please assist
