Return problems

I ordered a TV and cellphone from homechoice on the 17th November 2020 it was supposed to be delivered they didn't cos they courierit said they can't find my address and they called I sent them directions via WhatsApp my daughter sent them the location. I decided I am cancelling the order up to today they telling me its not yet finalised and since I want my balance so I can settle Hc I want nothing to do with them. They can't give me my balance I think they might as well settle my balance because they are giving me a run around.
