retrenchment never got handeld

i submitted my retrenchment documents o homechoice on the 2nd Dec 2014 i also requested feedback on the 4th Dec 2014 and 31 Dec 2014, still no feedback regarding my claim, all i get are rude people phoning and hassling me about payments when i tell them about the retrenchment they get very rude and hangup on me.then i phone the customer care and then the story is that they haven't received any emails or documents.<br> so i have to send them again on the 31st Dec2014.29Th jan 2015 i asked for feedback again, again no response so i phoned again and again no documents were received. so i phoned leniece on the 9the feb 2015 and she informed me that there were people trying to get a hold of me but could not so they left my claim so again ii had to go in to resend the documents to home choice i told here that if they need get a hold of me to phone me on the land line ....since then i have gotten no feed back i had to phone in today to ask if they received the documents but apparently they can not see on the system i have to wait 48 hours for someone to phone me.<br> im very sick and tired of this homechoice and the ****py services the staff are rude and i will never order from home choice again
