Resolved query

Good day Hello Peter

After my review and complaint, i received feedback on this portal from Homechoice advising they will call me to resolve query.

I don’t call the next day and was advised my query will take 21 days to resolve and I wasn’t happy and asked for 7 days.

Later that afternoon, I received an email with a letter attached stating that my query was resolved and resolution letter attached and promised that It will be sent to credit bureaus to remove my name.
