Resolved letter thats resolved nothing, my details are still on fradualent account and I am stucked.

Been waiting to be cleared from Homechoice ********** account from 2020, then 2021 gave resolved letter and promised to remove my details but norhing. I believe this has reached its time frame for you to remove my details, which I dont understand how it proceeded when details are'nt corresponding. My life is stucked cause of your negligence. PLEASE REMOVE MY DETAILS AS STATED ON YOUR LETTER.
