Renaldo Bed

I ordered and got delivery of the Renaldo bed in December, but without mattress. I queried and were told that that was the deal even though the online add included the mattress. I was then later assured of getting delivery of the mattress before xmas. That did not happen and I cancelled the order because I bought my son a bed from another supplier. To date I have made 10 phone calls and spoke to 2 supervisors and many different consultants..Leeanda, Zayaan, Alan, Babala, Lerato....After my call on Monday 22 Feb, , I missed 2 calls on my cell phone (which I told them I am only collecting that evening from repairs) The message said that they attempted twice to reach me(1 hour apart for the first time) and that I must now post the goods to their warehouse. On my expense??I DON'T THINK SO!! In the mean time they phoned me on 23 &amp; 24 Feb to deliver my mattress. <br> PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND MAKE THE NECCESARY NOTES ON YOUR SYSTEM AND COLLECT THE BED THAT WAS NEVER OPENED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
