Remove my details on your database forever! Correct my false credit record which you created immediately!

I ordered ordered, the order took forever to arrive. When it arrived it was wrong. Then they refused to collect and correct. Then I personally took it back to them and cancelled the purchase. Now I am listed on credit burue as "owing" them. Which is negatively impacting my credit record. Kindly fix this immediately.
