Refusing to send Itemized Statement
After hundreds of emails and just as many phone calls to the accounts department I was promised an itemized Statement for as long as I have my account yet they refuse to send one. They have a debt collectors company called CBD harassing me to load a debit order at least 4 times a day after paying my account every month on time more than what I need to. Home choice and MBD credit Solutions are absolutely useless and do not abide by any legal regulations as stipulated by the credit ombud
