Refusing to refund money

My mother bought couch covers from homechoice and paid R4,167 cash at the ATM at FNB Butterworth on the 17 December 2016. When covers were delivered they were too small for the couches and my mum returned them back to them. She has been calling everyday for her money to refunded to her bank acc with no luck for 2 months now. At first she was told that money is not reflecting as credit and when money was reflecting she was told to send proof of payment which she couldn't get. Now they are sending her from pillar to post, she has been dealing with Lee Ann who doesn't even respond to emails and always not available when she calls for follow up. My mother is a pensioner please refund her her money this is day light *******. She doesn't want you to refund it in a different bank acc where I would say you suspecting *****, the money has to be paid back to her bank acc, where is she suppose to get proof of payment for something that was paid and received in December already? How was she suppose to know that there will be a problem with the items? This is unacceptable, I will wait for your response if I am not happy I am taking this to Ombudsman.
