Refuse closing account
Refuse to close my home choice account. They are not authorized to close or decrease credit limits on home choice accounts. Bad customer service!!! They dont reply on emails and dropped phone calls. Don't open a home choice account, you will be trapped with high unused credit limits that will prevent you from future debts. It will take up to 5 years before their unused credit limit dissappear on you credit bureau profile.
