Refusal to refund items that were not ordered by me

I made an online purchase last year end of January. It was a sandwich press and a buffet server (both home choice brands). None of the items were delivered as per the order.I then returned both items for a full refund, but only the sandwich press was refunded. To this date I still don't understand why home choice did not refund the other item as it was their fault, not mine. All they have been doing is sending me from pillar to post and worst of all, homechoice has sent me to their lawyers who are now threatening to send summons for a product that I never received at all.This is terribly annoying
